The purchased track is licensed to the buyer for the following uses.

The Seller is not liable for any disputes or damages arising from use of the music. Users must comply with applicable laws and platform terms when using the track.

本コンテンツに含まれる画像（以下「本画像」）の著作権は、著者に帰属します。購入者は以下の条件に従って本画像を利用できます。

許可される利用

  • スマートフォンやタブレットの待受・ロック画面への設定
  • 個人のSNSやブログでの紹介（可能であれば著者名や作品名の明記を推奨）

禁止される利用

  • 本画像の再配布（無償・有償を問いません）
  • 本画像を改変しての配布・販売
  • 本画像の商用利用（グッズ化、広告素材、NFT化等）
  • 自分の作品であるかのような虚偽の表示

Images (English)

Copyright for images included in the content ("Images") belongs to the author. Buyers may use Images under the following conditions.

Permitted uses

  • Setting as smartphone or tablet wallpaper / lock screen
  • Sharing on personal SNS or blogs (please credit the author or work when possible)

Prohibited uses

  • Redistribution of the Image (free or paid)
  • Distributing or selling modified versions of the Image
  • Commercial use (merchandising, advertising materials, NFT minting, etc.)
  • Falsely claiming the Image as your own work

音楽について（日本語）

本楽曲は購入者に限り、以下の用途での使用を許可します。

  • 店舗BGMとしての再生
  • 動画作品（YouTube、SNS等）での使用

禁止事項

  • 本楽曲の再配布・転売・ダウンロード可能な形での公開
  • （明示の許可がない限り）楽曲の改変後の配布や再配布

免責

本楽曲の使用に起因するいかなるトラブルや損害についても、販売者は責任を負いません。使用者は関連法規・サービス規約に従ってご利用ください。

General Terms

  • 本規約は予告なく改訂される場合があります。改訂後の規約は当社のサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
  • 準拠法および管轄：日本法を準拠法とし、紛争は東京地方裁判所（または指定の裁判所）を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。
