Due to the nature of digital goods, once a purchase is completed and a download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or cancellations. Please review the product details, supported devices, and file formats carefully before purchasing.
If you experience technical issues
- If a file is corrupted or a download fails, please contact our support. We will provide a replacement download link or resend the file as appropriate.
- When contacting support, please provide the email used for purchase and the order/payment ID from Stripe.
Note: In the event of a chargeback, we will respond using evidence such as the clearly stated non-refundable policy and logs showing delivery of the download link (support emails, Zapier logs, timestamps).

重要： チャージバック（カード会社への異議申し立て）が発生した場合、当社は「返金不可」を明示していること、及びダウンロードリンク送付のログ（メール履歴・配信日時）を根拠として異議申し立てに対応します。
